Delays caused by customs authorities, weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email.

If a parcel is returned because of:

Incorrect address
Failure to collect
Refusal to accept delivery
Three unsuccessful delivery attempts

additional shipping charges will apply before the parcel can be resent.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
